General terms and conditions

Employer

The GTC apply to all recruitment services provided by Eurojob Consulting. The GTC are available on request.

Eurojob Consulting accepts no liability and makes no representation in respect of the following:

• the availability or provision of any appointment advertised on the Eurojob Consulting website; or
• the duration of any employment contract or the negotiated terms thereof entered into via the Eurojob Consulting website.

Applicants

When you register as an applicant or when Eurojob Consulting otherwise contacts you regarding a temporary or permanent position, you become part of our database, accept our T&Cs and become party to an agreement with Eurojob Consulting to participate in recruitment processes and receive notifications of vacancies that may match your profile. The T&Cs contain your rights and obligations as an applicant. The recruitment services are free of charge for applicants. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Use of the Eurojob Consulting website

We provide the Eurojob Consulting Website to help you understand our services and contact us.

The Eurojob Consulting Website is provided in accordance with these GTC for your personal use.

Changes

• Notification and contact in the event of a match with job advertisements or search assignments.
• Advice from Eurojob Consulting advisors on career opportunities.
• Be part of our candidate database to apply to potential employers.

When you register, you must provide all information truthfully and completely. Please inform us immediately of any changes to your personal details so that we can keep in touch with you.

When registering, you may be asked to create a password. Keep this password safe and do not share it with anyone. If you think someone knows your password, please let us know

If Eurojob Consulting suspects a breach of security or misuse of the website, we may ask you to change your password or suspend your account.

Right to terminate or suspend your registration

If you breach any obligation arising from these GTC, we may terminate or suspend your registration with immediate effect.

You may contact us at any time via the Eurojob Consulting website to cancel your account. In addition, you can unsubscribe from automated marketing communications via the "unsubscribe" link in the last email newsletter you received or via datenschutz@eurojob-consulting.com.

Cancellation or suspension of your user account or registration and your right to use the Eurojob Consulting website will not affect the statutory rights or obligations of either party.

Disclaimer

In addition, we may share your data with our consultants and other third parties where we outsource parts of our recruitment business to them. These third parties will protect your data under similar confidentiality agreements as Eurojob Consulting.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. We will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement and you wish to bring legal proceedings, this must be done in France.

Other

Transfer of rights: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. Eurojob Consulting may assign its rights under these Terms and Conditions to third parties if doing so does not adversely affect your rights.

Breaches: Eurojob Consulting's failure to enforce a breach of these Terms and Conditions does not mean that Eurojob Consulting has waived its rights. Eurojob Consulting may also enforce its rights at a later date.

Force Majeure: Eurojob Consulting is not responsible for breaches of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Ownership: The Eurojob Consulting website is owned and operated by Eurojob Consulting (Eureo Holding SAS).
