General terms and conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of Contract or General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter "GTC") of Eurojob Consulting govern the use of the Eurojob Consulting website and web app as well as the relationship between Eurojob Consulting and the users (hereinafter "Users"). The GTC are legally binding and should therefore be read carefully. The GTC apply to all recruitment services provided by Eurojob Consulting. The GTC are available on request.

Eurojob Consulting accepts no liability and makes no representation in respect of the following:

  • the availability or provision of any appointment advertised on the Eurojob Consulting website; or
  • the duration of any employment contract or the negotiated terms thereof entered into via the Eurojob Consulting website.


When you register as an applicant or when Eurojob Consulting otherwise contacts you regarding a temporary or permanent position, you become part of our database, accept our T&Cs and become party to an agreement with Eurojob Consulting to participate in recruitment processes and receive notifications of vacancies that may match your profile. The T&Cs contain your rights and obligations as an applicant. The recruitment services are free of charge for applicants. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. We will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement and you wish to bring legal proceedings, this must be done in France.


Transfer of rights: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any third party. Eurojob Consulting may assign its rights under these Terms and Conditions to third parties if doing so does not adversely affect your rights.

Breaches: Eurojob Consulting's failure to enforce a breach of these Terms and Conditions does not mean that Eurojob Consulting has waived its rights. Eurojob Consulting may also enforce its rights at a later date.

Force Majeure: Eurojob Consulting is not responsible for breaches of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
